25 CleanPoint System?
Simply put, our 25 CleanPoint System is a comprehensive facility care plan comprised of 25 unique services that are designed specifically to meet the regular cleaning needs of your building. The 25 CleanPoint System is performed on every visit to ensure a healthier and more beautiful environment that your customers and employees will notice.
Who chooses the 25 services included in my care plan?
SuperClean works with you to assess the needs of your building, and will suggest the services we feel will deliver the most health and beauty to your facility. Have a special need for your facility? We will incorporate that into your plan, to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of your building each time we leave.
What types of services does the system include?
Your 25 CleanPoint System is customized to meet the unique needs of your facility, but includes many of the basic janitorial services required by most buildings for example:
1. Empty & clean waste receptacles.
2. Ashtray and smoking area clean up
3. Sweep / mop all hard surface floors
4. Vacuum / spot clean carpets
5. Clean furniture, desks, tables, chairs
6. Countertops, telephones, windows, frames, ledges
7. Properly arrange furniture in all areas
8. Mop / clean plastic chair floor pads
9. Spot clean walls, woodwork & light switches
10. Clean entry door glass
11. Clean interior windows, partition and door glass
12. Clean / disinfect lunchroom, conference rooms, counter tops
13. Spot clean break room / meeting room chairs
14. Clean / disinfect / polish drinking fountains
15. Clean exterior of break room appliances
16. Clean / fill all tissue, towel, soap, hygiene dispensers in bathrooms
17. Clean / polish all toilets, urinals and sinks
18. Clean / disinfect all bathroom surfaces
19. Clean / polish mirrors and chrome
20. Mop bathroom floors with disinfectant
21. Clean / disinfect all locker room showers
22. Clean / polish all shiny surfaces
23. Maintain janitorial areas / sinks
24. Lock windows, doors, report any discrepancies
25. Sweep outside entry areas / remove trash from grounds
